About the Kane County Teachers Credit Union
Applicant Criteria
Eligible applicants are public school educators and administrators in PK-12 classrooms in Kane County ROE school Districts. Application from non-public educators that teach in an ISBE Recognized School will be accepted.
Available Awards
$100 – $1,000
Mini Grant Criteria
Grants may be provided to educators that require additional resources in the classroom to promote the well-being of students and to create an environment of equity and equality. Requested items include educational materials or tools, student special needs, field trips, room decoration, technology, or software/web-based programs.
Grant cannot be used for meals and unapproved district items. The mini grant scholarship committee reserves the right to refuse items that they feel do not meet the criteria as specified above.
